"I have had such a great experience with Barri Bonner. He called me when I was looking for car insurance. I never like getting telemarketing calls and was not planning to choose a company by phone, but he was so genuinely friendly and helpful that I ended up going with State Farm just because of his customer service. He also got me a much better deal than anything I could find online. I am now cancelling my service only because I’m leaving the country and won’t be driving for a year, and when I called to cancel I just so happened to get Barri again. He remembered me after a year! And he was just as friendly in helping me stop my coverage as he was in helping me sign up. I felt compelled to leave him a good review. I think he deserves a promotion or raise and will serve any company well from a leadership position and person-facing position."
